Replaced the old water heater with a reliable 40-gallon Rheem model.
Reconfigured the gas line, adding a gas drip leg, new gas valve, and gas supply line for safety and efficiency.
Installed new hot and cold water shut-off valves with mip connections for the updated water supply lines.
Thoroughly tested the water heater, gas lines, and water lines—everything checked out perfectly with no leaks!
